In rare cases, if an ESXi host takes long to reconnect to a vCenter instance during a remediation, the vpxd service falsely detects missing heartbeats between the vpxa service on the host and vpxd. As a result, vpxd marks the connection as not active, which leads to a failure for the host to exit maintenance mode. This issue is resolved in this release.
