Certain conditions during the restart of the vpxd service might cause inconsistencies during vSphere HA configuration and take up to 15 minutes to resolve. This issue is resolved in this release. The fix resolves the underlying issues for possible vSphere HA configuration inconsistencies after a vCenter upgrade and removes the 15 min delay.
