During service insertion for NSX-managed workload VMs, a packet list might be reinjected from the input chain of one switchport to another switchport. In such cases, the source switchport does not correspond to the actual portID of the input chain and the virtual device does not get completion status for the transmitted frame. As a result, when you run a service insertion task, some VMs might become intermittently unresponsive due to network connectivity issues. This issue is resolved in this release.
