Symptoms
Users may find that when they connect to a desktop with an NVIDIA card configured, the desktop freezes and cannot see the mouse. When logging into the desktop, it looks okay during the logon process, but when the desktop, taskbar etc. is shown, the mouse disappears offscreen, and is almost impossible to move it into the session window. Resizing the desktop window (Change to windowed mode and back again to fullscreen) OR Without any operation, closing the desktop windows and re-connect fixes incidents of this. The issue does not happen: with a connection over PCOIP or when an NVIDIA card is not configured

Resolution
Upgrade the NVIDIA driver if it is not the latest version A failure on Microsoft DD API has been confirmed and we are investigating jointly with Microsoft.Users may want to enable IDD which would avoid the problem faced when using Microsoft DD API.
The way to enable IDD is to set the registry as below and restart the agent:Reference: Horizon Agent Graphics Registry Settings (89193)This registry helps to enforce the “VMware Horizon Indirect Display Driver” for handling the Displays. Without the key, either IDD/SVGA may be used as a Display Driver in VDI. Blast:
