The VMWOSQEXT service in the Digital Employee Experience Management (DEEM) solution fails to run in the following upgrade scenarios:

The DEEM VMWOSQEXT service stop or fails to runCheck installation directory, osquery subdirectory C:\Program Files\VMware\Endpoint Telemetry Service\osquery doesn't exist.
Intelligent Hub 23.02.5 Beta (DEEM 2306 BETA) → Intelligent Hub23.02.5 Patch(DEEM 2306 GA) Intelligent Hub 23.02.5 Beta.X (DEEM 2306 Beta.X)→ Intelligent Hub 23.02.5 Beta.Y (DEEM 2306 Beta.Y), where "X" is less than "Y"
Impact / Risks
The issue only occurs in deployments with DEEM 2306 Beta release. When the issue happens, DEEM can't collect and send data to the Intelligence.
Resolution
If you have already installed Intelligent Hub 23.02.5 Beta release and want to upgrade to Intelligent Hub 23.02.5 Patch release. You cannot upgrade the BETA to GA release directly, Instead, VMware recommends to first uninstalling the Intelligent Hub23.02.5 Beta, then installing Hub 23.02.5 Patch release.If you have already encountered this issue where VMWOSQEXT is stopped, VMware recommends re-running the vmwetlm-installer-hub.exe in directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Airwatch\Deem" to remediate this issue.
