This is to document an edge case where you could potentially see a non-standard error message as a response to a client connection.Client Side - End User Perspective: Do you have general internet or intranet connectivity on the device?Are other corporate resources available and accessible?Can you reach the address configured for your horizon client via a Browser?Is the address correct? No typos or partially complete addresses? Troubleshooting Steps for a Horizon Administrator: Ensure all basic connectivity checks are performed between the components involved: Horizon Client & agent machine and any devices in its path. Examine the precise error and corresponding log entry as per the samples above. These log entries should give guidance in terms of the right troubleshooting approach.Examine device and o/s event logs in the connection path at the time of the error to discover more details about the potential cause.
