Instant Clone image push fails with the error message: The object 'vim.dvs.DistributedVirtualPortgroup:dvportgroup-xx' has already been deleted or has not been completely created.
To highlight a potential Issue seen with the Interaction between dvs and Horizon View Instant Clones.
1. The DVS port group in question, might not be present in the vCenter.2. Horizon View using the DVS Port group Key from Horizon cache, instead of the MOID of the port group from MOB.

This matter is addressed in Horizon 8.4.1 and higher
Ensure you have the minimal permissions required for vCenter as per documentation: Privileges Required for the vCenter Server User With Instant ClonesPrivileges Required for the vCenter Server User Without Instant Clones You can verify the presence of the expected object (MOID) in the expected location.You can test the permissions by using the local administrator account on a temporary basis (administrator@vsphere.local)You can utilize vSpherePowerCLI to run the command Get-VirtualPortGroup to list utilized ports. Steps to check the Parent Image MOID configuration:1. log in to https://vcenterfqdn/mob 2. login with your horizon service account.3. Click on Content.4. Look for the root folder - click on the datacenter.5. Look for the child entity - datacenter6. Look for the MOID that has been flagged as an error - For instance, with Network - ensure you can see the network for the image. Delete the DVS Port group in question and recreate it.
