Solution 1: USB split + RTAV configure include/exclude Vid/Pid device in GPO for speech mic device. Open "Local Group Policy Editor” and navigate to Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/VMware View Agent Configuration/View USB Configuration Enable: Include Vid/Pid Device and Set value as o:vid-0554_pid-1001 Enable: Exclude Vid/Pid Device and set value as o:vid-0554_pid-1001(exintf:00;exintf:01;exintf:02) Launch desktop, the device is shown as "Dictaphone PowerMicII-NS" on client USB device list.Redirect the device via USB redirection. Then use Nuance Dragon software in agent to test the device. Solution 2: Nuance extensions Go to http://dragonmedicalone.nuance.com/StandAlone/ and search for the Nuance VMware Extensions download. Then install these two packages on Windows client machine.• Nuance PowerMic VMware Client Extension.exe• Nuance VMware Client Audio Extension.exeNotice:1. You may need to have an account with admin privilege to install the client side software. Otherwise, you may not see the PowerMicII in remote app's Microphone list.2. No need to redirect the USB device to remote desktop or app. The Primary dictation button control could work fine without USB redirection.
