This article provides the list of available Workspace ONE Access and Hub Services SaaS environments, with corresponding domains as well as destination and source IP addresses of the servers.In addition, see the AWS CloudFront Cloud Distribution Network (CDN) topic in Solution section.
Workspace ONE Access and Hub Services Cloud-Hosted services use the IP addresses listed for each environment below and additional IP global address ranges of our Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). Use of Cloud-Hosted services requires that network traffic to these IP addresses and domains is not blocked. IP addresses are subject to change if new IP addresses are needed in order to maintain service availability. New ports will be added, as needed, to support new services in the future. Planned changes to IP addresses or ports will be made to this document at least two weeks before the use of these new IP addresses or ports begins. Any unplanned or emergency changes will be made with as much notice as possible. Destination IP addresses are associated with Workspace ONE Access gateway servers, used to handle requests initiated by customers. Source IP addresses are associated with servers handling Workspace ONE Access service requests to customer servers or clients. Workspace ONE Access uses port 443 (HTTPS), all standard communication. If you are using Mobile SSO for iOS, ensure the client devices can access on port 88 (TCP and UDP). If you are using Mobile SSO for Android, ensure the client devices can access on port 5262 (TCP). On-premises connectors and third-party Identity Providers do not require any access to AWS CloudFront CDN. Additionally On-Premises deployments of Workspace ONE Access Service do not require any access to AWS CloudFront CDN. AWS CloudFront CDN maintains its own list of Public IP addresses. Workspace ONE Hub Services updated its CloudFront domain name to *.hub-services.vmwservices.com on June 15th, 2022.
