An error is displayed on screen when manually updating the Reference DB: Unable to load the reference file. See the log files for more details.
This is a known issue affecting VMware vRealize Business for Cloud 7.x.
As a workaround connect directly to the vRB Administration page and update the Reference DB: Log in to the appliance using this URL: https://<vRB_Domain>/itfm-cloud/vraLogin.html. Note: Use vRA tenant, user id and password. Change to this URL: https://<vRB_Domain>/itfm-cloud/administration.html. Upload the RefDB file.
