Purpose
This article provides information on how to troubleshoot the Error: "Access denied.Unable to authenticate the user." in WorkspaceONE when customer configured it and tried to login through URL: https://example.vmwareidentity.com/SAAS/auth/login
Cause
This error can be due to configuration issue at the connector
Resolution
Provide the URL by adding /saas/auth/0 at the end of URL in browser.Example: https://example.vmwareidentity.com/SAAS/auth/0
