Cause
When you perform a sync on the IDM console for a directory, it errors out saying:
No Domain Controller responded to the request. Ensure the domain controllers for this domain are responsive
Resolution
Please check if the IDM connector is able to resolve to the AD server
Ping AD from IDM connector serverTelnet AD from IDM connector server
Check if the domain controller(s) are active or any one of the Domain controllers in the cluster are causing the issue.
Ensure the IDM connector can resolve to the AD server
