When clicking on generate APNs or when trying to renew an existing APNs you get the error:"Unable To Reach The AWCP Endpoint : https://awcp.air-watch.com/provisioningportal/CSRGenerationHandler.aws/v1"
This happens when there is an SSL connection issue between the AirWatch Console and AirWatch Certificate Portal server. AirWatch Console logs will show "Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel."Verify that the Console server is able to connect to and trust the website https://awcp.air-watch.com/provisioningportal.If the website is not trusted by the AirWatch server, you may need to download the SSL certificate from the AWCP website and install the Intermediate and Root certificate directly to Microsoft Management Console (MMC) in the AirWatch Server. Navigate to https://awcp.air-watch.com/provisioningportal. Choose to view the certificate, then navigate to "Certification Path" and choose to view both the Root and Intermediate certificate. Each of these can be downloaded by navigating to "Details" and selecting "Copy to file."On the AirWatch server, open MMC (open the Start menu and search for "mmc.exe").In MMC, navigate to File > Add/Remove Snap In.Select the "Certificates" Snap In, then select "Add." Choose to use the Computer Account on the local computer. Select OK.Expand the "Certificates (Local Computer)" menu on the left-hand pane.Right Click "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" and select All Tasks > Import. Import the Root certificate downloaded above.Right Click "Intermediate Certification Authorities" and select All Tasks > Import. Import the Intermediate certificate downloaded above.Once this is complete, perform an IIS reset. Once the reset is complete log out of the console and login again. You should be able to renew/generate APNs. If you have a separate Console and Device Services server, you may need to make the changes on all servers.
