When attempting to enroll into Android for Work, you see error similar to: "You are not allowed to enroll your device, Android Work Enrollment user not found. Please contact your administrator."
To resolve this issue, troubleshoot using the following steps. Ensure that the user enrolling is active. If the user is inactive, activate the user account.Ensure that there are no restrictions enabled. To check Enrollment restrictions on console, navigate to Devices > Device Settings > General > Enrollment > Restrictions. Check by switching networks to determine if this is a network issue.Test with ELM/Service Application published from Google Play Store.Check if the issue is reproducible using the Test DPC app (available on the Play Store). The Test DPC simulates a work profile on the device without the use of Workspace ONE UEM and helps identify if the issue is device specific or not.Verify the Intelligent HUB on the device is the latest version.Determine if this is device specific – Install the "Root Checker" App from the Google Play Store to determine if the affected device is rooted.Go to Apps & Books > Application Settings > Security and Policies > Security in the Workspace ONE UEM Console and ensure that Compromised Detection is enabled.Try enrolling the device into another test Organization Group. Check if Android for Work is setup by navigating to Groups & Settings > All Settings > Devices & Users > Android > Android EMM Registration. Ensure this user is added to Workspace ONE UEM Console.
