This issue occurs when the esx-vsip fastpath module that is part of Distributed Firewall (DFW) is used with Partner Services.
This issue is resolved in: VMware NSX for vSphere 6.1.6, available at VMware Downloads. For more information, see the NSX for vSphere 6.1.6 Release Notes. VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.2, available at VMware Downloads. For more information, see the NSX for vSphere 6.2.2 Release Notes. To work around this issue if you are unable to upgrade, disable Partner Services. For more information, consult your vendor.
