Cause
This issue occurs because the bnx2x driver is not correctly handling the data structure being passed by vmkernel callback for a specific NetQueue operation.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in ESXi 5.5 Update 3f and ESXi 6.0 Patch 6
Workaround
To work around this issue, change the Latency sensitivity of the virtual machine to normal to prevent any further occurrence of the PSOD.
Note: The host failing with PSOD has the virtual machine configured for High Latency sensitivity.
To change the latency sensitivity option for a virtual machine using the Web Client:
Navigate to Virtual Machine > Edit Settings > VM Options > Advanced > Latency Sensitivity.Click Normal.
