This article documents new features, enhancements, and fixes deployed for the Veeam Intelligence backend logic. Since all Veeam Intelligence updates are server-side, no updates to Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam ONE, or Veeam Service Provider Console are required to take advantage of the changes described in this article.

It queries your existing Veeam Support tickets, adds comments, and can open a new case and attach the logs it just gathered, keeping your case history in one place and shortening the path to resolution. Capacity planning: Shows where your storage is going, and where it's headed. It reports total used backup space, consumption per repository and per workload, and growth trends, so you can forecast confidently and plan purchases before you run short, without building a custom report. Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam Software Appliance - ActionsVeeam Intelligence can now act, not just advise. It carries out real operations such as controlling jobs (start, stop, retry, disable, or run an active full), keeping infrastructure healthy (rescan servers and repositories, update components, enable or disable proxies, and switch Scale-Out Backup Repositories in and out of maintenance or sealed mode), starting a configuration backup, managing licensing, triggering malware scans, and performing recoveries (Instant Recovery and full VM restores for vSphere, plus entire file share and entire object storage bucket or container restores).
