Please confirm that you are running version 5 (build 5.0.0.6726) or later prior to upgrading. You can check this under Configuration | Support Information in the Veeam Service Provider Console UI. After upgrading, your build number will be 6.0.0.7739. To upgrade from versions of Veeam Service Provider Console older than v5, please upgrade to VSPC v5 first and then upgrade to Veeam Service Provider Console v6.
