This article describes how to enable the Microsoft Windows Firewall rules that Veeam ONE requires to collect event data from monitored Windows servers, such as Hyper-V hosts and Veeam Backup & Replication servers.
Using Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security On a server with the Desktop Experience, enable the rules using the firewall management console: Open Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security ( wf.msc ). Select Inbound Rules. Locate each rule listed below, right-click it, and select Enable Rule.
