The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 12.1.5 - September 17, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 12.1.5. Fixed an issue where, when a new tunnel interface was added to PIM ( Network > Logical Router > multicast > pim > interfaces ), commits were successful, but the new tunnel interface was not successfully added under PIM.
