The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.2.10 - October 30, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.2.10. Fixed an issue where an Application Override policy rule was not applied using an IPv4 source IP address with IPv6 enabled and Network > Zones > Pre-NAT Identification enabled.
