The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.13 - October 20, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 12.1.4, 11.1.13, 11.2.10, 11.2.11. Fixed an issue where an Application Override policy rule was not applied using an IPv4 source IP address with IPv6 enabled and Network > Zones > Pre-NAT Identification enabled.
