The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.2.7-h4 - October 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.2.7-h4. Fixed an issue on the firewall where the source and destination NAT IP addresses did not display in traffic and threat logs.
