The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.17 - July 08, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.14, 10.2.17, 11.1.10-h4, 11.1.6-h17, 11.2.7-h10, 11.2.8. Fixed an issue where certificate data was missing in decryption logs for No decrypt policy rules and TLS1.2 traffic after upgrading, and the Subject Common Name , Issuer Common Name , Certificate Start Date , Certificate End Date , Certificate Serial Number , and Certificate Fingerprint fields were blank in the decryption logs.
