The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.13 - September 04, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 12.1.5, 11.2.11, 11.1.13. Fixed an issue on the Panorama web interface where the search bar suddenly was not displayed, or the filter/clear filter icon moved to the left of the search bar.
