The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.11 - October 17, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.11, 11.2.8, 12.1.3. Fixed an issue where the all_pktproc process restarted, which caused heartbeat failures to occur and a slot to go down due to path monitor failure.
