The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.16 - July 08, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.10, 10.2.16, 11.2.8. ( PA-5220 firewalls only ) Fixed an issue where custom reports were delayed when sent via email instead of being sent at the scheduled time.
