The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.10-h10 - July 08, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.10-h10, 11.1.6-h23, 11.1.11, 11.2.8. Fixed an issue where the number of registered IP Tags on Panorama did not match the number of registered IP Tags on the managed firewalls due to a change in file format between PAN-OS releases.
