The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.13 - July 08, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.8, 10.2.13, 11.2.8. Fixed an issue where the firewall did not support TLSv1.3 in the Clientless VPN, which caused the portal page to not load.
