The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.6-h1 - July 31, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.8, 11.1.6-h1, 11.1.7-h2. Fixed an issue where an explicit proxy caused intermittent SSL handshake failures to SAP applications accessing public URLs.
