The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.13-h16 - July 08, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.4-h13, 10.2.13-h18, 10.2.13-h16, 11.1.6, 11.2.5, 11.1.2-h16, 10.2.14. ( Firewalls in active/passive HA configurations only ) Fixed an issue where dataplane packet capture filter configuration failed on the active firewall with the error op command for client dagger timed out as client is not available .
