The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.8-h10 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.9, 11.1.2-h4, 11.0.4, 10.2.8-h10, 11.1.3. Fixed an issue where selective push operations did not work when more than one admin user simultaneously performed changes and partial commits on Panorama.
