The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.10-h21 - July 15, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.8-h13, 10.2.10-h21. Fixed an issue where the pan_task process restarted due to configd and devsrvr process memory requirements.
