The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.0.3-h3 - November 18, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.0.3-h3, 11.1.2. Fixed an issue where object references in a rule were renamed, and a selective revert of the changes with Commit changes by me caused a reference error.
