The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.11 - July 15, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.9-h18, 10.2.11. ( PA-400 Series firewalls only ) Fixed an issue where the firewall failed to start up after upgrading PAN-OS due to system file corruption.
