The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.9 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.0.5, 10.2.9, 11.1.3. Fixed an issue where, when a VoIP call using dynamic IP and NAT was put on hold, the audio became one-way due to early termination of NAT ports.
