The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.13 - April 16, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.13. Fixed an issue where, when FRR was enabled, routes that were advertised to eBGP peers incorrectly had the Community attribute set to graceful-shutdown .
