The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.12 - July 15, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.12. Fixed an issue where a large number of core files were generated, which caused the root partition to become full and the firewall to move into a non-functional state.
