The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.10-h1 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.17, 11.0.2, 10.2.5, 10.1.10-h1. Fixed an issue caused by out of order TCP segments where the FIN flag and TCP data was truncated in a packet, which resulted in retransmission failure.
