The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.14 - April 14, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.2.8, 11.1.14, 11.2.7-h2. Fixed an issue where, when a firewall was managed by Strata Cloud Manager and configured to use a proxy server for external connections, the management server did not use the configured settings to connect to the Cloud Management service.
