The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.11 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.0.2, 10.1.11, 10.2.5. ( PA-400 Series firewalls ) Fixed an issue where the firewall required an explicit allow rule to forward broadcast traffic.
