The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.12 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.8, 10.1.12, 11.0.4. Fixed an issue where URL Filtering system logs showed the error message CURL ERROR: bind failed with errno 124: Address family not supported by protocol even though the PAN-DB cloud was connected.
