The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.11-h10 - May 06, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.11-h10, 10.1.14. Fixed an issue on firewalls in HA configurations where the peer satellite firewall was able to connect to the GlobalProtect portal without username and password authentication.
