The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.9-h1 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.1.9-h1, 11.0.1. Fixed an issue where IP addresses in the X-Forwarded-For (XFF) field were not logged when the IP address contained an associated port number.
