The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.3-h4 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.0.2, 10.2.4, 10.2.3-h4. Fixed an issue where domain information wasn't populated in IP address-to-username matching after a successful GlobalProtect authentication using an authentication override cookie.
