The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.10 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4-h3, 11.0.3, 10.1.10, 10.1.9-h14. Fixed an issue where, when attempting to replace an existing certificate, importing a new certificate with the same name as the existing certificate failed due to mismatched public and private keys.
