The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.10 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 11.0.1, 10.1.10. Fixed an issue where logs did not display Host-ID details for GlobalProtect users despite having a quarantine Security policy rule. This occurred due to a missed local cache lookup.
