The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.0.0 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.0.0. BGP sessions can flap even when an unrelated configuration is committed. This results in the BGP session going down and getting established again. As a result, BGP routes get exchanged again, which can lead to momentary traffic disruption if BGP routes were in use for establishing traffic.
