The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.9 - July 29, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.1.9, 9.1.16. Fixed an issue with Content and Threat Detection allocation storage space where performing a commit failed with a CUSTOM_UPDATE_BLOCK error message.
