The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.10 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.1.9-h1, 10.1.10, 11.0.1. ( PA-5450 firewalls only ) Fixed an issue where HSCI ports did not come up when QSFP DAC cables were used.
