The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.3-h2 - July 15, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.2.3-h2. Fixed an issue with GlobalProtect where attempting to authenticate with the GlobalProtect gateway returned a 502 error code.
